Overview
The Pediatric Outpatient Center (POC) serves children birth to 5 years old. POC is comprised of pediatric therapists that provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy to families in Madison County and the surrounding areas. Our goal is to help your child reach their greatest potential. Our therapists use a play-based approach which makes learning fun. We accept Medicaid and most private insurance plans.
Physical Therapy
Our pediatric physical therapists help children gain independence and increase their active participation in home, school, and community environments. Each child receives an individualized physical therapy plan, which may address injuries or delays in gross motor development.
Occupational Therapy
Our pediatric occupational therapists help children gain independence while also strengthening the development of fine motor skills and visual motor skills that they need to function and socialize. Each child receives an individualized occupational therapy plan, which may address sensory integration disorders and self-care skills.
Speech Therapy
Our pediatric speech therapists help children with articulation disorders, fluency disorders, communication challenges, swallowing/feeding disorders, and language disorders. Each child receives an individualized speech therapy plan, which may address cognitive or developmental delays, weak oral muscles, and communication issues.
